Refund policy
Our policy is 60 days. You must return the product within 60 days of purchase to the following address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ London on behalf of Pro Next Commerce LTD.
If more than 60 days have passed since purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are excluded from return. For example, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Intimate or hygienic items, hazardous materials or substances, and flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.

Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or proof of payment.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Books that show obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, videotapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
Any items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only items purchased at the regular price are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for the same item, please email supportholdflex@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift voucher by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver so they are aware of your return.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These will not be refunded. When you receive your refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive your replacement product.
If you are shipping an item worth more than £75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
